Hi – I'm Greg Norry and this is part of my family. 

Thank you for visiting my web site.  I’ve been a photographer since 1980.  I started out working for Varden Studios in Rochester doing high school and college portraits.  I moved over to Colorgraphic’s Photography in 1984 shooting sports and children’s portraits.  In 2005 I started up my own studio with the name “Thinking of You Photography”  because I was tired of working for big studios where they just didn’t seem to care about YOU - the customer.  I’ve always tried my hardest to put myself in your place and think about how I would feel if I was rushed through my photo time.  I will always try my best for you.  If your not happy – I’m not happy!

   Back in 1980 I also started my family that has grown to 5 children ranging in age from 29 all the way down to 12. I also now have 2 grandsons and a granddaughter.  With the help and support of my family, I am able to do what I love to do – photograph you!  Not many people can say that they go to work and have fun.  

   My beliefs in photography are about simplicity.  I believe that fancy setups don’t make beautiful portraits – you do!  I believe in taking the extra time to help you feel comfortable.  This allows your natural expressions to show through easily.  Facial expressions are the reflection of your personality.  The backgrounds I use are simple, complementary and tasteful.

   My nature images that I show are taken in my journeys around the northeast states and once in awhile Florida.  I’ve always loved being outdoors since I was a kid.  This is what I photograph to slow my mind down during my busy schedules.  I recommend to everyone to take a walk and listen to what nature has to tell you.
